Autoscope JetAER - Automated Endoscope Reprocessor

Single chamber Automated Endoscope Reprocessor incorporating single shot generator and water filtration unit for the reprocessing of up to 2 flexible endoscopes

Autoscope JetAER builds on the assets of previous generations of Autoscope models integrating the latest available technology and complying with the strict washing procedures set out within HTM2030 and EN 15883 (parts 1 & 4).

Autoscope JetAER incorporates a two basket design with automatic docking of channel irrigation connections and is capable of processing up to two endoscopes independently. All operating cycles are carried out within an enclosed stainless steel chamber with a fully automated door, preventing unauthorised or accidental access and the safe containment of any fumes given off by the disinfectants being used. Each basket is suitable for scope storage and transportation without the need to handle the scope.

Despite a small footprint, each unit has a fully integrated single-use disinfectant generation system including validation, for use with a range of Labcaire approved disinfectants. In addition, there is a fully automated self-disinfect process therefore removing the need for separate chemical mixing and storage.

Each model has an integrated, user-friendly Windows XP operating system with full colour control screen at eye level. A cycle validation printer complete with electronic data storage ensures all variables are reported from a successful or failed operating cycle.

Automatic identification of endoscopes and operators is performed by means of a tag reader “wand”. This helps to reduce the endoscope processing time, as there is no need to key in various codes.
